WHO IS PACKING MY ORDER?
- Products are being packaged and shipped by ourselves. Please be patient and allow us the following weeks to ship everyone's orders accordingly!
ITEM PACKEGING
- Your items will be packed with affordable packaging materials. Knowing that, we will try our best to package your items as safely as possible. Be on the lookout for brown boxes, bubble mailers and small first class envelopes (for smaller items). Your items should be labeled from "ELIOLI Art" and have a sticker emblem of the horse logo.
SHIPPING

Packages will start shipping November 15th 2024. Please allow wiggle room for the following weeks after for any bulk shipping!
- You will recieve a notification for when your item is shipped. Please check your spam folders just in case you don't get a notification.
PAYMENTS
- We do not accept any other forms of payment other than what is available to use on this site.
REFUNDS
- There will be NO refunds after your purchase is made. We encourage you to proceed with your own descretion and needs before you hit that"buy" button!
